Build Your Future in Blockchain Media

We're looking for people who want to solve real problems in content distribution and digital rights. Our Taichung office works on projects that actually matter to creators and audiences across Asia.

What Working Here Actually Looks Like

Most days start with coffee and checking what broke overnight. Then we dig into whatever challenge is front and center. Maybe it's fixing a smart contract deployment issue. Or figuring out why content verification is taking longer than expected.

We're a small group, which means you'll wear different hats. One morning you might be reviewing code. By afternoon, you could be explaining technical concepts to a media partner who's never touched blockchain before.

  • Work directly on systems handling real content from actual creators
  • Collaborate with media companies navigating decentralization
  • Build solutions that need to work across different Asian markets
  • Learn from mistakes without corporate bureaucracy slowing things down

Roles We're Growing Into

1

Blockchain Developer

Write smart contracts that manage content rights and distribution. You'll work with Ethereum and layer-2 solutions, dealing with real-world constraints like gas costs and transaction speed.

Skills: Solidity, Web3.js, understanding of consensus mechanisms, patience for debugging

2

Integration Specialist

Bridge the gap between traditional media systems and blockchain infrastructure. You'll spend time talking to partners, understanding their workflows, then building connections that actually work.

Skills: API development, systems architecture, communication, ability to translate between technical and non-technical people

3

Content Systems Analyst

Figure out how content moves through decentralized networks. You'll analyze distribution patterns, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions based on data rather than assumptions.

Skills: Data analysis, blockchain explorers, problem-solving, documentation

People You Might Work With

Small team means you'll interact with everyone regularly. We're still figuring things out as we go, so expect conversations about direction and approach to be normal.

Ragnar Lindquist

Technical Lead

Started building distributed systems in Stockholm before moving to Taiwan in 2022. Spends most days debugging smart contracts and questioning architectural decisions. Believes most blockchain projects overcomplicate things unnecessarily.

Partner Relations

Works with media companies trying to understand blockchain without the hype. Previously managed content operations for streaming platforms in Ireland. Good at translating between what developers build and what partners actually need.

How We Bring People On

We don't have a formal hiring process yet. Usually starts with a conversation about what you're interested in and what we're currently struggling with. If there's overlap, we go from there.

Timeline varies. Sometimes we know within a week. Other times we're not ready to bring someone on until a project gets funding or a partnership solidifies. We'll be honest about where things stand.
